Mindege Ridge Vineyard Ridge Top
Mindego Ridge Vineyard, Ridge Top comes from the highest and most exposed portion of the site. Though small in scale, it is distinctive, planted on a shale rich crest at the very top of the mountain. This upper section experiences the strongest coastal influence, with cool mornings, steady afternoon breezes, and pronounced shifts between warm days and cool nights that naturally limit vigor and yields.
The rocky soils and elevation produce fruit of exceptional concentration and clarity, defined by vivid acidity, mineral tension, and a refined aromatic profile.
Ridge Top is not a separate vineyard, but a focused expression of place, capturing the most extreme conditions at Mindego Ridge and translating them into a wine of precision, energy, and depth that speaks clearly to both the Santa Cruz Mountains and this singular ridge top setting.
